May 9, 1961 – Board of Directors charters the Northern Neck Board of REALTORS®. 

November 17, 1987 – The Northern Neck Board of REALTORS® wins the REALTORS® Community Service Contest for Medium Boards.

February 5,1994 – Board of Directors approves a change in jurisdiction for the Northern Neck Board of REALTORS®. See 1994 Board of Directors minutes.

1994 – Board of Directors approves a name change from Northern Neck Board of REALTORS® to Northern Neck Association of REALTORS®. .
